**Position Overview:**
The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving service performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence in service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and lead the service team to provide outstanding service support to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement service processes, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor service delivery metrics and KPIs, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee scheduling, workload balancing, and resource allocation within the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service offerings.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and create action plans for improvement.
- Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the service team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and services.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client feedback to senior management.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Service Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and implement improvement plans.
- Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Professional certification in service management or a related discipline is a plus.
