**Job Description:**
As a Body Shop Estimator, you will play a critical role in our operations by providing accurate cost estimates for vehicle repairs. You'll serve as the bridge between the customer and our repair team, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned. Your expertise in assessing vehicle damage, understanding repair processes, and providing transparent communication will contribute to our reputation for excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to accurately assess repair needs.
- Prepare comprehensive and precise estimates that detail labor, parts, and materials required for repairs.
- Maintain open and clear communication with customers, explaining the scope of repair and answering any questions they may have.
- Collaborate with the repair team to ensure estimates align with actual repair processes.
- Liaise with insurance companies to negotiate and agree upon repair costs.
- Document and track estimates, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, repair techniques, and insurance regulations.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Body Shop Estimator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and industry standards.
- Proficient in estimating software and tools (e.g., CCC, Mitchell, Audatex).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
